reached the awesome ACDC lane. I wasn’t aware until Chris told me ACDC actually are an Australian rock band, formed in 1973. Their album Back in Black is 2nd highest-selling album in history, behind Thriller by Michael Jackson. AC/DC ranked fourth on VH1’s list of the “100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock”. The most interesting part is their latest album was Iron man 2 soundtrack! No wonder ler they are so proud of ACDC and renaming of Corporation Lane to ACDC Lane as a tribute to the rock band.

The entire lane was actually street arts.

Soo yee : I think we should cook cheese with bacon in the morning for breakfast lo.

Chris : uh huh??? bacon?? which means we need to buy bacon also??

so we headed to buy us some bacons.

Stayed up whole night for Spain and Germany match, and ready to flew to my ever 1st winter trip.

Reached Penang International Airport.

my 1st time travel with Air Asia X

Departed at Local time 1.25pm

Actually I like Air Asia X so much that Air Asia because it got more legs room like any other aircraft is just that for a budget long haul flight they dont have free in flight entertainment and they dont have free meal as well. What to expect, for the sake of cheap flight tickets.

Even a bottle of water also costs you RM3. *sigh*

we actually bought ourself a comfort kit when we buy our flight tickets one year ago and inside consists of one blanket

one eye mask and a pillow.

Australia are well-known for it strictness when pass through immigration so you better declare everything single thing before they caught you and got urself into a trouble.

I don’t know how many times I will say this but I still like to say it everytime I travel. I ♥ flying!!!

because it was a 8 hours flight so we got no choice but to have our dinner on board. My Pak Nassir Nasi Lemak. looks plain!!

Got my immigration pass and passport ready.

was stuck in the line to pass the immigration check point for almost 1 and a half hour.

It’s so easy to go Macau from Zhu Hai. Like I mentioned in previous post in Zhu Hai all we need is to go over to GongBei port and walk to the immigration thats it. Don’t need to involve any transportation at all just your two feet.

The Ruins of St. Paul’s (大三巴牌坊) refer to the façade of what was originally the Cathedral of St. Paul, a 17th century Portuguese cathedral in Macau dedicated to Saint Paul the Apostle. And beside the church it was a Na Tcha Temple 大三巴哪吒廟 is a Buddhist and Taoist temple in Macau dedicated to the worship of the deity Na Tcha.

The temple became one of the designated sites of the Historic Centre of Macau enlisted on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

and the Old Macau City Walls was made out of  clay, sand, rice straw, rocks and oyster shells. The city wall sections are now part of the Historic Centre of Macau UNESCO World Heritage Site also.

The Statue of Guan Yin, a blend between the traditional images of the goddess Guan Yin and Holy Mary. This Guan Yin statue looks sad and what according to my father was because Guan Yin feel sad to see all those people who came over to Macau just because they are all gamblers 赌鬼 hahahaha lameeeee joke.

The buildings in Macau all very Portuguese-ish nd the road are all quite steep.

Here we reached A-Ma Temple 妈阁庙 one of the oldest and most famous temples in Macau. The name Macau is thought to be derived from the name of the temple. It is said that when the Portuguese sailors landed at the coast just outside the temple and asked the name of the place, the natives replied “媽閣”. The Portuguese then named the peninsula Macao.

Then we headed to ZhuHai fisher girl statue 珠海渔女

The Statue of fisher girl has become the landmark in the city of Zhuhai, located at the scenic Xianglu Bay. She holds a pearl high in the air with both hands in an elegant pose, admiring its bright luster that also symbolizes the brightness of Zhuhai.

The statue is composed of granite and stands 8.7 meters high weighing 10 tons. The legend is that a beautiful fairy maiden fell in love with a young fisherman. He believed some fabricated rumors and asked the girl for the bracelet she wore as proof of her love.

Although she knew she would die if the bracelet were removed from her body, she still took it off and presented it to show her deep love for him. The girl died and the fisherman was bitterly remorseful, crying all day and all night.

An Immortal named Jiuzhou Elder was moved by their love and helped the young man resuscitate the girl. They offered this huge precious pearl to their benefactor during their marriage ceremony as a token of their appreciation for his kindness.

Among all the 6 places I went Zhu Hai is the most coldest place when I were there. The temperature is just 16 degree Celsius but the strong wind can really killed! I really felt like cold to death hahahahahaha

Then to Shijingshan Cableway. The cable car is the only facility for visitors to go sightseeing in the air in Zhuhai but we didn’t went up.

Instead of cable car if you prefer more adventurous you can actually take the sliding car down.

We didn’t want to go up so we just hang around the ShiJingShan park. 石景山

see all those rocky rock. haha Really so China, even a rock also can be a sightseeing spot.

Taught my no skill photographer mum to stand on a spot that can actually took the both rock into one piece of picture.

Next was actually my heaven again.

The Gongbei Port 拱北口岸  is an immigration and customs checkpoint on Mainland China’s border with the Special Administrative Region of Macau but there is a large underground shopping mall under the plaza north of the port-of-entry building.

Wooooooahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! my world. Imma gonna rule the world. wheeeeeeeee~ ♥ shop til drop. I think among all I bought the most. *evil grin*

After satisfied myself with all my goodies we took our bus back to our hotel and had dinner beside our hotel. It is an art restaurant.

Was too into missing bf who actually also had his hiking holiday for Mount Kinabalu on the same day.

Finally after 3 hours of journey here we reached the toll of Guang Zhou.

It was already 12.20 in the afternoon.

So our 1st stop was to filled our tummy with 1st meal in GZ.

*pop* mmmMMmmm a glass of beer make my day.

Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall 中山纪念堂

Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is a gorgeous octagonal structure, with solemn and magnificent looks, and strong national features.

Inside is just all full with the wall paper description about Sun Yat Sen

There it is. Mum said whenever she take tour to Guang Zhou this is always a place where they will always come.

Legend has it that 5 celestial beings brought 5 goats into Guangzhou. The goats were all carrying rice, which symbolized that they would make sure that the area would always be free of famine. Guangzhou has paid tribute to these benevolent goats by making them the symbol of the city.

Here we started our journey back to our origin was given a bottle of water in the bus.

These kind scene normally I only get to see it on tv or in my dream but definitely not in my real life.

Was stucked in the Jam as it was a Cheng Beng season for the chinese so everyone wanted to go home and pray

It took us 9 hours NINE freaking hours to reached Hui Lai FML!!! I never tried sitting in the bus for damn 9 hours OMG and actually from Shen Zhen to Hui Lai only took 3 hours + but because of the jam and it turned out to be 9 hours for us *sigh*

Here we finally reached Hui Lai. Actually the main purpose for this trip was to go back Hui Lai and had our cheng beng as my grandpa passed away there and his graveyard was there.

This is our hotel in Hui Lai. I don’t like this hotel. But no choice, village area I cannot demand too much. They don’t have much hotels there.

Woke up late as we don’t have morning call and took a cab ourself  to our village.

Guess what is this for?

Is a public toilet bowl for people to pee pee and poo poo! Ewww Gosh!!!! disgusting!

I was extremely careful because anytime I might step on the shits. And the village really smell like shits.

AHA!!! astro??? hahaha

According to my aunty she said this is the place where my uncle born last time.

After 45 mins travelling through train

Here I reached China — Shen Zhen.

Everyone carrying own luggages all the way looks like refugee wanna run away from home like that haha

After 2 days 1 night in Hong Kong when 1st reached Shen Zhen I don’t really quite like it as much as I like HK as compare to the cleanliness and every streets in Shen Zhen looks very mysterious very dark not like HK looks bright with all the lamp pose on.

Had our 1st dinner at Shen Zhen.

The service damn bad. They can even serve a broken teapot for the customers OMG!!

Woke up at 4 something and thanks to *me Love* for waking so early with us and drive us to the airport.

As my flight is just 2 hours 56 mins so I can only manage to watch one movie in the plane

I am busy discovering the entertainments that provided and I saw bejeweled which is my mum’s favourite game.

And also discovered the songs in the playlist had girls’ generation which is Justin Chu’s and Daniel Teh’s favourite.

After finish exploring I started to choose a movie that worth watching.

Was given a cup of orange juice.

Then was served with my breakfast in the plane.

Yummy!!!!!!

Had 2 cups of red wine.

The plane landed at 11.20am (malaysia and hong kong time)

Through the tv we can actually see what’s happening outside the aircraft which is quite cool!

Here I am, Hong Kong airport. Wheee~! so excited!
